Under Secretary of the Ministry of Human Resources for Women’s Empowerment Hind Al Zahid confirmed that the government is serious about the issue of women’s empowerment and that neutral international indicators reveal how the Kingdom has progressed in this file.
In her interview with the program “Question direct” on Al Arabiya channel today (Friday), she revealed that there were more than 2,000 women working in the Ministry of Justice, including notaries, and that the position of women would soon become a judge of Sharia law.
She added that women are present in all sectors and in managerial positions, indicating that 50% of workers in the education ministry are women, compared to 30% in the health ministry.
She indicated that women agree to enter the labor market, especially with the presence of political will.
