The implementing regulations for the authentication system approved by the Minister of Justice, Dr Walid Al-Samaani yesterday (Saturday), set the fees owed to notaries and authorized immigrants.
The ministry explained that the minimum fee for agency documentary work, declarations and mortgages is 100 riyals and the maximum fee is 4000 riyals.
He said that the financial compensation for notarial work for real estate vacations and marriage contracts was at least 100 riyals. At 5,000 riyals, the maximum limit.
The regulation emphasized the importance of financial compensation according to what the holder and the parties concerned have agreed, taking into account the minimum and maximum limits mentioned in the annex, stressing that the operator records the amount of the compensation financial for the documentary process according to the form prepared for this purpose.
The Ministry said that the regulation of the documentation system aims to increase the efficiency of forensic documentation, strengthen real estate security, improve preventive justice and raise the level of professionalism of documentation, explaining that the services documentaries by notaries of justice are free.
It is worth noting that the system includes many specializations, such as documenting contracts and affidavits, splitting common funds, emptying real estate deeds, documenting marriage if one of the parties is not Saudi and the other Saudi, divorce, etc.
