Al-Marsad Journal: Dr Khaled Al-Nimr, consultant cardiologist and arterial catheter, today, Thursday, warned against several foods that increase the incidence of heart attacks in healthy people.
Al-Nimr explained through his Twitter account that these foods are white bread, white rice, potatoes, soft drinks, cakes, cookies, ice cream, candy, pies, etc. scientific references for the current year.
He pointed out that these foods contain rapidly absorbing sugars which increase the risk of stroke in healthy people and in heart patients, so it should be avoided as much as possible.
