This afternoon, the body of late Kuwaiti artist Mishari Al-Balam was buried in Sulaibikhat cemetery after his death from his coronavirus infection until his final resting place.

The funeral was conducted in accordance with the precautionary measures followed and was limited to a small number of mourners.

The health of Kuwaiti artist Mishary Al-Balam had deteriorated and he was transferred to intensive care at Jaber Hospital, following the evolution of his health after being infected with the new Corona virus.

The deceased had posted a photo of the hospital on his account on “Instagram”, he said: “Remember me for your prayers. Praise be to God anyway. My family, artists and loyal audience are grateful for the question and everything that happened during the vaccination focused on Corona, God forbid. And what he will do and forgive me, I cannot answer communications.

Mishary Al-Balam was born in 1972, and has played many complex roles such as the epileptic patient in the “Paths of Doubt” series and the deaf mute in the “Jarrah Al-Zaman” series. These works have made him a great fame in the local artistic community, Gulf and Arab.

Before entering the hospital, the deceased had filmed a number of works, namely, “The Path of Love”, “The Absent Will” and “The House of Humiliation”, which brought him together with the Kuwaiti and Gulf drama stars and had a social drama on them. The late had confirmed in previous press releases that he was happy to participate in three works. Suddenly explaining that these works are hard to refuse for any other artist because of the quality of their texts, as well as the stars participating in the works other than the presence of a great staff.
