A render of the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 has surfaced and its design has been revealed.
The image was shared by Evan Blass, who claimed that the Xcover 5 is not the successor to the Xcover Pro last year, but is a follow-up to the Xcover 4 which were released again in 2019.
The smartphone is about to launch since it has received the Bluetooth SIG certification.
The certification body did not provide details on the specifications of the Xcover 5, but confirmed that it will come with Bluetooth 5.0 and has two models – SM-G525F and SM-G525_DS, and the latter is likely a variant. dual-chip, and the first was spotted on Geekbench last month with the Exynos 850 SoC and 4GB of RAM and Android 11.
The rest of the rumored specs for the Galaxy Xcover 5 include a 5.3-inch HD + LCD display, 64 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, and a user-replaceable battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh, which will be charged via USB-C port up to 15 watts.
The Xcover 5 is said to have primary 16MP and 5MP selfie cameras, and it comes with a built-in NFC chip. It will be IP68 dust and water proof, MIL-STD-810G certified and should cost around € 300.
