Fixed conditions
The Central Bank highlighted compliance with the specified deadlines ranging from 3 days to a maximum of 15 days, and an average of 7 days for around 50% of requests, explaining that if it is impossible to meet the specified deadlines, the secretariat should respond immediately to indicate the reason for the impossibility of implementing the required during the period in addition to specifying the deadline within which the required will be provided, which must not exceed 30 days from the date of the request from the General Secretariat .

Requests received from judicial authorities are represented in 45 types of required documents, the most important of which are account statements, approved signature registration, visual photography – call recording, transfer documents, point-of-sale documents, objections to credit cards, authorization documents on accounts, customs clearance, copies of checks, emails, mortgage documents, contact addresses of customers with the bank, specifying the disputed transactions, proof of the statement of account, bank transfer documents, proof of receipt of credit cards by the customer, account statements and check books, proof of customer payment of credit cards, as well as contracts, agreements and documents with which you need the judicial authority.
