The British site “Express” published the results of a study conducted by the American Heart Association, which concluded that the consumption of peppers regularly reduces the risk of sudden death.

According to the site, the study, in which around 600 volunteers from China, the United States, Iran and Italy participated, has different eating habits and traditions.

The results of the study showed that certain eating habits help prolong life. For example, regular consumption of chili peppers reduces the risk of sudden death from cardiovascular disease by 26% and cancer by 23%.

In general, it appeared that the death rate among those who ate chili peppers was 25% lower than those who did not.

And the hot pepper contains a strong anti-inflammatory, oxidant and anti-tumor, and is able to control the blood sugar level.
