American billionaire Elon Musk has announced that he is building a new city in the US state of Texas.
In a series of tweets he posted on Twitter, Musk said that “Starbys, Texas is in the making.”

Responding to comments on the tweet, he added that Starbis will include an area much larger than the village of Boca Chica, where the SpaceX cosmodrome is located.
He indicated that his city will treat the dogs very well and that their leader will carry the title of “Dog”.
Musk stressed that the city will be a great success, expressing his joy for the launch of the event, stressing that “everyone will have a fair chance”.
The city will be a huge success!
