The dismissal of His Excellency Abdul Hadi bin Ahmed bin Abdul Wahhab Al Mansouri, President of the General Civil Aviation Authority, from his post, and his appointment as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of Executive Affairs to the rank of Minister .

– Appoint Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Duilej as head of the General Civil Aviation Authority, at the rank of Minister.

– Exemption of Professor Muhammad bin Tuwai’a bin Saad Al-Salami, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, from his post.

– Appointment of Maher bin Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Qasim to the post of Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development of the “Public Service” with excellent rank.

Appointment of Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Arifi as assistant to the Minister of Transport, at the excellent grade.

Appointment of Dr. Samir bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad al-Tabib, adviser to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, at the excellent rank.
