Former US President Barack Obama has said the priority for those in jobs that are under high pressure, especially the presidency, is to maintain mental health and make it a priority.
In an interview published by the American newspaper “The Skimm”, Obama spoke of his experience in the presidency and of certain positions, including successes and failures.
He stressed that the most characteristic of the presidency is the great pressure, but stressed that he was “lucky to have a calm and naturally stable mood”.
He added that the most important thing that interested him and helped relieve the pressure was morning exercise, spending time with family and listening to his wife and two daughters.
He concluded by expressing his hope that his legacy will create hope for generations, especially for minorities, after a black man named “Barack Hussein Obama” succeeds in taking the presidency, he said.
