In the latest developments in the case of Egyptian artists Ahmed Ezz and Zeina, the family court in the city of Nasr in Egypt on Thursday issued a new decision regarding Ezz’s appeal after he was forced to pay 44,000 pounds sterling in tuition for her twins from Zeina. .
The court decided to postpone Ezz’s appeal against the decision requiring him to pay 44,000 pounds, or 900,000 Egyptian pounds, in tuition fees for twins Ezz El-Din and Zain El-Din, at an international school in the Cairo, at the June 16 session, according to local media.
It is noteworthy that Zeina had taken legal action against Ezz asking her to pay 900,000 pounds for her twin children’s school fees, and the court accepted her and made Ezz pay the fees.
It should be noted that last February the court forced Ezz to increase the expenses of Zina’s twins to 60,000 pounds per month.
The court ruled last year to force Ezz to pay monthly support payments of £ 30,000 for the twins, but Zeina filed a lawsuit demanding the amount.
Zeina’s lawyer also presented, in the previous session, a portfolio of documents containing inquiries indicating that Ezz owns a new villa, in addition to his purchase of a Porsche, and asked the court to increase the costs. expenses of my client’s child.
