Regarding sanctions, she said there were several violations that the ministry’s inspection teams monitored for a number of establishments that did not follow the self-assessment procedures of the ministry. establishment.

She added that the ministry, for its part, is keen to maintain continuous communication before the on-site visit with the need to comply with the decisions and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to create an attractive working environment and stimulating.

The Ministry has taken the decision to approve a “self-assessment” program for large and medium-sized establishments, which includes the obligation for these establishments to register on the electronic portal for self-assessment, provided that these institutions undertake to carry out this assessment on an annual basis at the beginning of each calendar year. The decision includes the suspension of electronic services at the Department of Labor and Social Development. For institutions that do not comply with completing the assessment within the specified timeframe.
