And “Apple” has launched a service that allows owners of “phones” affected by the iPhone 11 in the UAE to trade in their phones, in cooperation with the country’s economy ministry.
In the event that this issue appears, the serial number checker tool available on the company’s website can be used to verify whether the device is eligible for this program or not.
“Apple” or an authorized service provider of the company will provide free repair to devices eligible for the exchange service, noting that none of the other “iPhone” models are eligible for this program.
The company said that if the user is affected and pays an amount to repair the device, they can contact the company’s customer service to request a refund.
The trade-in service covers affected iPhone 11 devices for a period of two years after purchasing the phone.
