Theeb Motors shares to start trading in the Saudi market on Monday

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), regarding the listing of Theeb Rent A Car Company, has announced that the company’s shares will be listed and begin trading on the main market from tomorrow, Monday, March 29, 2021.

The share will trade under the trade symbol 4261 and the international symbol SA159GK22IH4, with daily price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% with the application of fixed limits for price volatility at +/- 10%.

These limits will only be applied during the first three trading days, and from the fourth day of trading, the daily price volatility limits will be reset to – / + 10% and the fixed price volatility limits will be canceled.

Individual subscriptions were covered by 3,385.37% and the number of individual subscribers reached 414,588 who pumped 1.7 billion riyals to subscribe for the number of 1.29 million shares priced at 40 riyals per action. Individual subscriptions for the company’s shares expired last Sunday.

1.29 million ordinary shares were allocated to individual subscribers, representing 10% of the total shares offered for public subscription, while 11.61 million ordinary shares were allocated to institutional subscribers, representing 90% of the total number of shares offered for subscription.

Regarding the subscription of companies, the coverage rate reached 6010% of the total shares offered, at a price of 40 riyals per share.

The participating entities have subscribed for all of the shares offered, with 12.9 million ordinary shares allocated to them, which represents 100% of the total shares offered for subscription initially.
