Al-Kazemi had returned to Iraq two days ago from Saudi Arabia after paying an official visit to the Kingdom through which he made a number of agreements in various fields.
While visiting Saudi Arabia, Al-Kazemi held talks with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, which focused on stepping up cooperation between the two countries, in addition to the latest developments in the region.

Meetings were held at the level of the coordination council between the two countries, where 5 agreements were signed, in the financial, commercial, economic, cultural and media fields.
The Iraqi delegation included governors from provinces bordering Saudi Arabia to discuss increased border crossings between the two countries.
