The world’s most popular instant messaging platform, “WhatsApp”, has introduced new technology for “self-destructing” messages and media.

The report, published on the specialist technical site Engadget, stated that WhatsApp is currently testing, in beta, the integration of self-deleting messaging and media technology as soon as it is seen.

This technology differs from “WhatsApp” from another technology previously launched by the platform, which are messages and media with specific validity, that is, they disappear after a specified period within a period of about 7 days.

And disabling a WhatsApp user’s blue checkmark for arriving and reading messages will not prevent the process of “auto-erasing” messages and media.

This feature will be available from WhatsApp on the beta version of the Android and iOS operating systems.
