From that moment on, Garrett made the crucial decision to radically change his life. For 3 years, he followed a strict diet, went to the gym almost every day, and managed to lose 104 kg weight during this time.
Now Garrett has 3,900 calories in his daily diet, is interested in bodybuilding, weighs around 90kg, and participates in bodybuilding competitions on a regular basis, all while spending an hour and a half in the gym 6 days a week.
