Makkah Al-Mukarramah police have arrested a person who appeared in a video clip circulating on social media, while making abusive remarks towards residents of a province.
The “Interior Snap” account stated that the person had been identified and arrested, and it turned out to be a citizen in his thirties.
He added that the arrested person had been arrested and that initial legal measures had been taken against him, and referred to the prosecution.
