Law No. 210 of 2020 amending certain provisions of the Psychiatric Patient Care Law promulgated by Law No. 71 of 2009 stipulated that a fund for mental health should be established within the Ministry of Health and Population, managed by a board of directors formed by a decision of the minister responsible for health, directed by him or directed by one of his deputies.
