Al-Marsad Journal: The Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment has revealed the dangers of hemorrhagic fever, which is transmitted from animals to humans, and there is so far no treatment or vaccine for that, and it causes 60% death.

Haitham Al-Obaidi, director of health promotion, said: “The disease is spread through contact with infected animals, mosquito bites or ticks that breed on their skin, or those that kill them because they are they do not use paws, clothing and glasses, or by the blood of animals sacrificed by human injury or by exposure to infected blood or other bodily fluids.

He continued, “The incubation period for the disease is two weeks, and it is similar to influenza, which is high fever, headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and pain in the body. muscles, bones and joints, then bleeding occurs in all areas of the body, lasting ten days during which death occurs.

It should be noted that in the past two weeks, 3 deaths from hemorrhagic fever have been recorded in Iraq, with two suspected cases, according to Russia Today.
