Al Marsad Sports: News reports have revealed that Saudi clubs are banned from registration by decision of the International Football Association FIFA.
Al-Riyadia newspaper reported that a source confirmed to it that only Al-Nasr and Al-Shabab clubs have so far been banned from registering players due to part of the silver.
