The investigation also revealed that the killer and her desire to continue working in the clinic in place of her friend decided to get rid of her, so she sought help from one of her relatives, who in her turn used another to commit the crime in exchange for a sum of money for both of them. The assailants choked and stabbed the victim and left her covered in blood inside the clinic.
