Al-Dhubyani noticed an increase in the amount of cream in one of the meals, which contradicts the goals of some people who accept it for weight loss, especially since a tablespoon of cream contains 60 calories.
The therapeutic nutritionist commented on one of the meals with large amounts of carbohydrates, in the form of wholemeal bread, potatoes, mayonnaise, cheese and other foods, confirming that they are meals normal and unhealthy.
“Diet restaurants” promote themselves as healthy, and most of them are not.
