Argentinian Angel Di Maria, the French winger for Paris Saint-Germain, joked that his compatriot Sergio Aguero wants to kill himself after his friend Lionel Messi leaves the Barcelona squad.
Aguero moved to Barcelona from Manchester City as part of a free transfer deal, to be adjacent to his friend Messi, before the latter suddenly left Paris Saint-Germain after the Catalan club announced financial difficulties and structural issues that hampered the renewal of his contract.
“Aguero wants to kill himself after Messi leaves Barcelona,” Di Maria joked, in comments reported by Argentine newspaper Ole.
