The artist, Helmy Abdel-Baqi, a member of the Music Trades Union, said in a statement to “Cairo 24” that the Union had not granted Beka a singing permit, noting that “the concerts that he gave during the last period violate the law and labor regulations.
He explained that he had contacted Hani Shaker, the head of the union, and revealed to him that the union had drawn up a report against Beka concerning the revival of the parties without having obtained a license to practice the profession, stressing that the council union will make its decision. regarding Hama Beka’s permits in the coming period.
