The epidemiologist pointed out six types of food products that are useful during the recovery period of Corona, namely:
Bread, flour products and cereals.
– Legumes.
Vegetables and fruits, at least 5 servings per day.
Oily fish.
Fermented dairy products.
– Nuts.
As for food items that have been described as not helping the body regain strength after recovering from Corona, these are black and red caviar and sausages.
