Weather and climate researcher Abdulaziz Al-Hussaini expects the Kingdom’s atmosphere to experience a moderately heavy rain condition which begins tomorrow (Monday) and lasts for several days in some areas.
Al-Hussaini explained that the situation will affect parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al Baha, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Tabuk, southern Riyadh, the Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman and Yemen.
He stressed that the expected rains vary from light to heavy, followed by a slight drop in temperature over the northern, central and then eastern regions.
The National Meteorological Center had forecast in its weather report today (Sunday), that the occasion would be prepared for thunderstorms accompanied by active winds over the heights of the regions of Jazan, Asir and Al Baha extending as far as at the heights of Mecca Al-Mukarramah.
