And the 6000mAh battery should help the Redmi 10 Prime run longer than its global counterpart.
And when you need to recharge, you’ll have to make do with the 18W USB-C charger included in the box. You can also use the 10 Prime as a power bank and charge other devices and accessories (via cable) at speeds of 9 W.
The 4/64 GB model sells for INR 12,499 while the 6/128 GB model will cost INR 14,499.
First sales begin Sept. 7 on mi.com, Amazon India, and trading partners across India.
Many smartphone manufacturers have come up with their own method of expanding virtual RAM so that phones with low memory can meet the ever increasing demand for applications.
This improves multitasking capabilities and keeps more apps cached for faster boot times, and the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G now benefits from this feature with the update.
And Redmi Note 10 Pro receives an update that can add 2 GB of virtual RAM and the OTA update is distributed to the Chinese unit, at the moment, and when activated, the system allocates 2 GB internal storage and adds it to RAM when needed.
Depending on your memory configuration – 6 or 8 GB, you actually get 8 GB or 10 GB of RAM.
And the fix is small and is only for the virtual RAM function, which means that it is quite possible that it will hit the global modules sooner rather than later.
