Council of MinistersThe Council of Ministers has decided to modify paragraph (d) of Article (4) of the personnel service system.

The amended paragraph of the article clarifying the conditions for appointing a natural person specifies: “He must be at least eighteen years old and at most forty years old”, instead of: “He must be at least 18 years old. at least seventeen and over forty.

The ruling ensured that what was stated in the amended clause of that ruling did not prejudge any appointments that were made prior to its entry into force.

It is mentioned that Article 4 of the personnel service system sets the conditions for the appointment of a person, the most important of which is that he or she is of Saudi nationality, has good conduct and does not has not been convicted of a crime against honor and honesty unless he has been rehabilitated, and is medically fit for military service, and is an employee in any government agency, and that the technical individual has the qualifications specified by the executive regulations, in addition to the amended article.
