Nutritionist Manar Munshi gave several tips for those who want to lose weight and reduce their weight.
Munshi said you should cut back on carbohydrates, increase salad intake, and exercise like walking at least 3 times a week for half an hour.
She added, in an interview with “Al-Ikhbariya” channel, that the diet has become an obsession for some people, so a flexible diet must be followed to continue.
She pointed out that the dieter sees it as a workout for him, and comes back after finishing it to eat the same amounts of food, and therefore regains weight.
