News 24 | The Kingdom is second in the world in the Corona Recovery Index

The Kingdom ranked second globally, in the “Corona” virus recovery indicator, in terms of infection management, vaccine release and return of activities.

This classification came according to the Japanese “Nikkei” index, which is based on the decrease in the number of confirmed “Corona” cases, increased vaccination rates and less stringent social distancing measures.

This global classification coincides with the increase in the number of vaccine doses administered in the Kingdom, which has so far reached 40.58 million doses.

The Nikkei Index compares more than 120 countries and regions on infection management, vaccine distribution and social mobility and publishes the results of its study at the end of each calendar month.
