She stressed that the eligibility conditions include, in its first phase, that the beneficiary is among the citizens benefiting from social security, and that the amount of the claim does not exceed a maximum of 100,000 rials, and the presence of an order issued by the court execution which exceeds the time limit for its issuance of a whole year, in addition to the absence of other court orders against the beneficiary.
