Egyptian actress Amal Ibrahim has revealed a thrilling experience she had that forced her to enter a mental hospital.
Amal, who disappeared from the art scene for 8 years, explained that her role in the movie “Days of Rage” was the reason she took this strange step.
She indicated, during her meeting yesterday on the “DMC” channel, that she wanted to study the role of actress that she will play well before the start of filming.
She added, during her dialogue with the artist, Esaad Younes, in her program “His Excellency”, that she had presented the idea at the time to the director of the film, Mounir Radi, stressing that he had expressed concern for her at first.
She noted that she insisted on going through the crazy experience, pointing out that she was forced to stay in the hospital like the rest of the patients for a while.
She said she was exposed to a difficult situation inside the hospital when a patient tried to beat her, but she resisted it a lot..
It is reported that the last appearance of artist Amal Ibrahim was in his film “The Princess”, which was screened in 2013.
