Carlos Khneisser, vice president of development for the Middle East and Africa at Hilton International, said Hilton has been in the UAE market for more than 50 years and its future plan includes 17 hotels.

Khneiser added: “In February of this year, we opened the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, which has 545 rooms, and we will soon be opening the Warner Brothers Abu Dhabi, Curio – Collection by Hilton, which will be the first hotel under the banner. Khneisser revealed that the total number of hotel rooms offered by Hilton in the United Arab Emirates has reached around 10,114 hotel rooms.
Khneisser said that “economic incentives, such as gold residency, help consolidate the UAE’s position as a leading market open for business, which motivates investors to invest there,” stressing also “tourist visas which allow multiple entries into the country, as the five-year visa will allow it. Tourists can enter multiple times and stay 90 days per visit, which can be extended by 90 days.
He stressed that “the UAE continues to benefit from very positive indicators, in surveys carried out around the world, as it is among the top destinations in the world for both residence and work.”
