URGENT A new royal order of King Salman .. Learn the details

According to the newspaper "Um Al-Qura", the decree included the amendment of paragraph (c) of Article (26) of the personnel service system, and the modification of the text of the article (153)

The officers' paragraph became: An officer who has suffered a material loss for his work, performance or official service must be compensated for the actual loss, provided that within three months of the date of the the loss, which is proven to be lost to the minister by way of reference, otherwise the right to claim falls unless there is a lawful excuse the competent minister prevented the presentation of the claim for compensation during this period.

The text of the Order is as follows:

"We have established the following: First: approval of the amendment to paragraph (c) of Article 26) By Royal Decree No. (M / 9) of 24-3-1397, read as follows:

"A person who has suffered a material loss as a result of his work, performance or official performance shall be compensated for the loss. The months from the date of the loss, the claim for compensation and the documents certifying the loss must be submitted to the Minister through the refusal, otherwise the right of claim will fall.
