Physical activity is believed to be the key to longevity, but European scientists have found that not all sports can prolong life, but only those that help the body cope better.
According to the European Heart Journal, 124 people aged 30 to 60 years participated in the experiment. It should be noted that these people did not exercise before.
These people had to change physical activity for six months, but without changing their lifestyle.
They were divided into 3 groups, the first group practiced aerobic exercises, the second intensive exercise at intervals, and the third group did strength. The three groups practiced Riyadh three times a week in 45 minutes.
The researchers found that all the exercises increased the amount of oxygen absorbed by the body, while changes in cell activity were recorded in the first and second groups.
Scientists have observed increased telomerase activity in single or triple nuclei, an enzyme that helps prolong cell life and regeneration.
