The Al-Ahli club issued a statement condemning the actions of the handball federation in what he described as an incitement on the part of the latter to supporters against their club.
Al Ittihad issued an explanatory statement prior to Al Ahli's statement that the federation had sent a letter to the clubs at the beginning of the season, in which they determined that the players allowed to participate in the matches were card holders of the cards. Club members and union cardholders and that no new instructions had been given on this subject.
Ahli's statement came as follows.
The handball federation continued to incite Ahli supporters against its club, claiming that the club was the owner of the decision to prevent the masses from attending handball matches, although the Union sent a letter to Ahli confirming that only the holders of the membership card and the federation are allowed to attend the matches.
Therefore, the decision of prevention was not taken by the club, which always wishes to be the presence of supporters in the tribunes and in all the matches, and which must be the first supporter of the club. And his sports teams throughout his long history.
The handball federation is contradicted by a conversation attributed to the Egyptian handball federation on the social networking site "Facebook", which circulated in the media pages, which certainly allows the presence of the masses for the matches of the handball league, and the club is the one who refuses to attend the masses, in a clear and strange contradiction. There is no other justification than that of inducing the masses against his club.
Brigadier General Mohammed Morjane, executive director of the club, said that Al-Ahli hoped to attend his fans in all the stands and lounges, especially because these fans were still encouraging players to offer the best offers and to obtain the best results.
He pointed out that the club had already received a letter from the handball federation authorizing "the cardholders of the club and the federation to attend matches only".
Morjan expressed his deep gratitude for Al Ahli supporters and their willingness to support all club teams in all matches, but Al Ahly had no other obligation than to respect the letter of the handball federation that did not allow them to attend matches.
