Ukrainian boxer Alexander Gfuzdick won the World Boxing Council (WBC) World Heavyweight Championship title from Canada's Adonis Stevenson, beating him by knockout.
The Ukrainian boxer, former world champion at the end of the eleventh round, lost a powerful knockout. Although the Canadian boxer nearly lost his opponent in the tenth round, he found himself facing the fall that took place Sunday in the Canadian city of Quebec.
