The human body is a complex mechanism that scientists have not been able to decipher all the secrets. Despite the enormous results achieved in the field of medicine, there are processes in the body resulting from the will of man and others occurring against his will, according to the website "Russia Today".

These are the processes that occur in the body without human control:

1 – Sudden fall during sleep:

Most people feel this feeling at a certain moment of sleep, when a person feels like she is falling into an abyss and suddenly wakes up, then goes back to sleep again. The reason for this is that the breathing process becomes slow at a certain stage of sleep and that the heart rate decreases, then the brain feels that the person dies, sends a signal to shake it and this signal suddenly woke up.

2 – tears tears:

Tears help to remove foreign objects from the eye by washing them. But, as we know, tears flow also in case of psychological stress or pain. When the mental state is tense, the body starts to produce tears to generate a new source of irritation in order to divert the attention from the stress.

3 – red face:

When a person feels shy or confused when meeting someone she loves or walks in a cold atmosphere, her cheeks are red. In fact, the capillaries of the cheeks dilate, which increases the blood flow and presents redness.
