Forget any "diet" or nutritional pattern that has proven effective to improve the chances of survival (or reduction) of breast cancer.
In general, breast cancer survivors can benefit from the healthy diet (described below) recommended to all because it promotes health and protects against several diseases, including different types of cancer, according to "Madam".

Physical activity
The analysis of the data collection of over 13,000 breast cancer survivors showed that the most active had a better life.
There was a 30% lower mortality rate among survivors, who had done 3 hours or more of moderate walking during the week compared to less active women.
As a rule, breast cancer survivors do not need intensive exercise to derive a benefit: a study concluded that an activity, such as a brisk walk of 30 minutes, improves the chances of survival several times a week.
In this context, the American Cancer Society recommends that breast cancer survivors:
• Distance from inactivity, with resumption of normal daily activity as soon as possible after the diagnosis.
• Regular physical activity (at least 150 minutes per week)
• Perform weight training (weightlifting, weightlifting, discus, javelin …) at least twice a week.
Physical activity helps breast cancer survivors improve their body image, mood, energy, mobility and quality of life, maintain healthy bones and reduce fatigue, tension and anxiety.

There is growing evidence that smoking reduces the chances of survival for women with breast cancer. So, quitting smoking is a preferred measure you can do for your health.
