Al-Masri has officially filed a complaint with the International Football Federation (FIFA) to play in his home in Port Said.

Masri has published on his official page documents confirming his submission to FIFA.

Al-Masri said that he had lodged a complaint with FIFA Secretary-General Fatima Samoura through his legal representative, Nasr Azzam, who had examined all aspects related to the organization. 39, including the end of the penalty imposed on the stadium since April 2016.

Al-Masri Stadium was sentenced to a suspended sentence after the famous Port Said incident in 2012, which killed 72 Al Ahly fans before returning to Egypt's first match in February this year.

Al-Masri plays his local matches in the neighboring cities of Port Said, such as Suez and Ismailia, as well as at the Borg el-Arab stadium in Alexandria.
