NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – Eating a banana every day helps prevent strokes and deadly heart attacks, according to a recent medical study in the United States.
Researchers at the University of Alabama, who conducted their study on the famous fruit from a sample of rats at high risk of heart attack, indicated that potassium contained in a large Amount of banana released the arteries from the harmful deposits that accumulate over time, according to the British newspaper The Independent.
