Al-Masri's board of directors agreed with Ehab Galal to pay the Al-Borseidi club the penal obligation relating to the coach's contract with Libyan Ahly of Tripoli.
FilGoal.com has learned from an Egyptian club source that Jalal accounted for "nearly 80% of the team's training," the source told FilGoal.com.
Council member Hassan Ammar said in previous statements: "We are negotiating trainers who have self-evaluations worthy of the name of Masri and his audience."
"I will return to the position of balloon director, in consultation with the board and the new coach," said Ammar.
"I thank Mustafa Younis for assuming his responsibilities in a difficult time."
An official source on the Egyptian board revealed to FilGoal.com that the club had started negotiations with Ehab Galal through his agent.
Hossam Hassan left the Egyptian ranks to form the pyramids, to engage the Busaidi club with Mimi Abdul Razek before the last start, after the defeat of the three border guards, to assume responsibility for training the team for Mustafa Younis.
With Mustafa Younis, Al-Masri was tied with Al-Harbi, before defeating Enby and losing Egypt in Egypt Cup and Zamalek in league.
"We spoke with Tamer Al-Nahhas and an agent of Ihab Jalal to find out about the latter's position of Egyptian training," the source said.
"Undersecretary Ehab Jalal told us of the coach's willingness to only talk about negotiations after the confrontation of the Tripoli people against Sun Downs in the African Champions League."
Ahli Tripoli Libya is preparing to face South Africans Sun Downs on Saturday in the first leg of the African Champions League, bringing together 32 nations.
After meeting with Sun Downs, Ehab Galal will study his training position for Al-Masri, the source said.
