US oceanologists have said that coral reefs have an audience. During their experiments, the experts were able to detect the interaction of this species with different sound signals.
The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute has extensive experience. They recorded the change in the case of coral reefs under the influence of different audio signals, according to the site "sciencedaily".
As a result, experience has shown that coral reefs can not only determine the level of pressure, but are affected by different types of sound frequencies, thus interacting with sound shocks in different ways.
Scientists pointed out that coral reefs do not have a nervous system and can therefore react mechanically to sounds.
