Zamalek Vice President Ahmed Galal Ibrahim told his fans that the club had not been stamped with a new stamp or replaced as planned.
Petrosport hosts the match between Zamalek and Chadian in the 32nd round of the African Confederation Cup with 6000 spectators.
"The tickets of yesterday will be allowed to enter the match normally without having to be stamped or replaced," said Zamalek's vice president to the crowd.
A large number of Zamalek fans visited the club's headquarters a few days ago, and the board of directors announced the replacement of the tickets before going back to inform the fans.
The fans started to leave the club after the vice president of the club confirmed the match with old and new tickets.
Zamalek will face Chadian cotton on Saturday night in the African Confederation's round of 16.
