Katowice, Poland (Reuters) – About 200 countries agreed on Saturday on the climate change application rules of 2015 to tackle climate change.
After two weeks of negotiations and two years of work, the two countries went beyond political differences to reach consensus on a more detailed framework of the climate pact, which aims to reduce global average temperatures by less than 2 degrees Celsius compared to pre-industrial levels.
