Regarding the accuracy, the phone estimated that the resolution of its screen was 2436 x 1125 pixels, but the screen pixels did not contain the default number of subpixels, which makes the actual accuracy less than that indicated by the company in its advertisements.
The lawsuit asks the court, forcing "Apple" to compensate all consumers affected by this "deception".
