Apple faces the first lawsuit because of its new iPhone, XS and XS Max phones.

Two people have filed a lawsuit against Apple, accusing them of lying to their customers about the new iPhone phones, according to the CNN specialized technical website.

Christian Sponcado and Courtney Davis claimed that Apple had lied to iPhone customers regarding pixel units for OLED touch-screen phones for iPhone X, XS and XS Max.

The Northern California District Court is to rule on Apple's lie about the new iPhone phones, after the plaintiffs said they found the number of pixels on the iPhone screens lower than that announced by Apple.

The plaintiffs also alleged that the US company had used deceptive marketing images to promote the new iPhone phones, so the touch screen bumps did not appear in the marketing images.

The US Forbes magazine released a previous report on a severe crisis that faced Apple, due to weak sales of its phones, "iPhone", prompting them to offer new financial incentives to buy them.

In an effort to remedy this, Apple has offered financial incentives of up to $ 100 if an iPhone owner decided to upgrade his phone to the latest version.

Apple also offered purchase vouchers for an additional $ 50 if a user decided to buy a phone from the older generation of iPhone phones.
