Scientists of the planetary and space sciences have discovered a unique "scintillating" planet, officially known as " HD219134, Which is 21 light-years from Earth and is called "the earth shines super".
Astronomers say that unlike the Earth, it does not contain a massive mass of iron, but it is rich in calcium and aluminum, which makes it very rich in precious stones.
"The new planet can shine with two colors, red and blue, indicating the possibility of sapphires and many precious stones such as common aluminum oxides on the outer shell of the planet," said Carolyn Dorn, astronomer at the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Zurich who led the new study.
From a mass equal to five times the mass of the Earth, this planet calls itself "Super Earth" and the planet revolves around its star in less than three days.
