Arsene Wenger of Arsenal commented on the performance of his Spanish successor, Onay Emery, praising his work.
Wenger left Arsenal 22 years later as head of the Gunners technical team, followed by Unai Emery
"I think Emery is doing a great job and with his support he has brought a lot of stability to the defense, so I think he's doing a good job," Wenger told BBC Sport.
"The team is in good hands and I have always said that many thought that Barhili would need the team to be rebuilt, but I did not think so."
"I am very happy that these people do not look right."
Arsenal are fifth in the English Premier League, after a poor start to the season with two defeats against Manchester City and Chelsea, Arsenal managed to hold 14 games unbeaten in the competition.
